Your Tasks

Building progress from ideas together with passion

• Advising and supporting project teams on construction-related and construction-operational issues
• Construction-operational contract review within the framework of quotation processing and construction execution
• Early identification of opportunities and risks to optimize project processes
• Advising on or creating notices of delay and additional costs, as well as sound site documentation as a basis for precise supplementary claim preparation
• Analysis of performance deviations and assessment of the impact on the construction process, including temporal and financial consequences
• Independent preparation and enforcement of claims arising from additional or changed services
• Proactive anti-claim management to minimize potential conflicts
• Active participation in supplementary negotiations, contract meetings, and partnership meetings for successful representation of interests
• Support in the further development of technical standards and innovative construction methods

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Bauingenieurwesen or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the areas of: Bauvertragsrecht, Bauablaufplanung, and Kalkulation
• Professional experience in dealing with clients and subcontractors is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of RIB iTWO and MS Project
• Good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
• Strong teamwork skills, confident appearance, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Unrestricted willingness to travel in the North German region
