Job Description

As a Sales Employee (m/f/d), you are the interface between our international customers and our production. With technical understanding and strong communication skills, you will expand customer relationships and shape long-term partnerships.

Your Tasks

• Support and expansion of existing customers (national/international)
• New customer acquisition and establishment of strategic partnerships
• Calculation and preparation of offers (Schweißbaugruppen, Laser-, Umform- und Zerspanteile)
• Risk and manufacturability assessments in coordination with internal departments
• Price and contract negotiations
• Market and competitor analysis, identifying growth potential
• Contribution to sales targets and strategy

Your Profile

• Technical or commercial training, ideally with further training/studies
• Experience in technical sales, preferably in metal processing/Maschinenbau
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (Lasern, Umformen, Schweißen, Zerspanen, Montage)
• Negotiation skills and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel (national/international)
• Good English skills
