Design Assistant & Administrator (m/f/d), Headquarter Murg (Database Administrator)

Our growing Design & Development Department is looking for reinforcement in the form of a Design Assistant & Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Assistance in collection creation from the initial idea to production readiness
• Responsibility for organizational tasks in design to ensure the timely provision of collections
• Interface to the areas of textile design, CAD, purchasing, pattern cutting, and sample sewing
• Support and administration of sample developments until production release
• Accompanying fittings and ensuring compliance and implementation of fits, quality, and designs in cooperation with our garment technicians
• Creating model drawings using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Administrative tasks such as assigning model numbers, creating color cards, etc.

Our new team member should bring:

• Completed studies in the field of fashion design or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of the textile pre-production stage regarding fabric qualities and printing techniques
• Proficient use of Illustrator, Photoshop & MS-Office
• Sense of trends, creativity & attention to detail
• Structured way of working & organizational talent
• Teamwork skills, commitment and flexibility
• Good English skills
