Store Sales Consultant

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one of the leading and dynamically growing energy providers in the Greek market, is seeking a Store Sales Consultant for its store in the Panormou area.

📌Location: Panormou ⏰Working Days and Hours: Monday - Saturday, 5-day employment, in 8-hour rotating shifts according to the store's operating hours 📋Contract: Indefinite Term

What you will need to do:

As a Store Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with the company, providing personalized service and proposing solutions that meet their needs. At the same time, you will actively contribute to achieving the store's goals and shaping an excellent customer experience. More specifically:

• Provide comprehensive service and advisory support to store customers
• Inform customers about the company's available products and services
• Promote energy solutions and contribute to achieving commercial goals
• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with new and existing customers
• Manage customer requests, inquiries, and issues with professionalism
• Identify sales growth opportunities and ways to leverage the customer base
• Participate in the implementation of the store's commercial and promotional activities
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of Secondary or Tertiary Education
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Desirable experience in a goal-oriented environment
• Very good knowledge of IT
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric approach and commercial acumen
• Organizational skills and result orientation
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt to a modern and dynamic work environment
