Technical Follow-up Manager M/F

MANAERO, an employment agency specializing in aeronautics, is looking for a Technical Follow-up Manager (M/F) based at Orly airport for one of its clients.

The Technical Follow-up Manager (M/F) ensures the following missions: Manage the Technical Follow-up team: Lead and coordinate the activities of the department Keep the department's procedures and processes up to date Coordinate activities with the various departments of the Fleet, Engineering & Maintenance Direction (MRO, Engineering, Production) Ensure the proper use of the tools necessary for the smooth running of the department (SHM, CronicX, Trax...), Implementation of indicators to monitor the internal performance of the department. Technical Follow-up of the fleet: Provide support to MROs in various Trouble shooting, and launch the necessary actions for the proper execution of work (TRAX) Analyze, with the Technical Follow-up team, the various failures occurring on the fleet through the Trax ERP and/or tools such as SHM, CronicX, etc... in order to ensure the follow-up of recurring failures and launch the necessary corrective actions for their resolution Ensure the follow-up and launch of these corrective actions Reporting: Write event reports for internal distribution (Finance/QA/Legal) Take into account investigation requests sent by the Compliance Referent

Training in aeronautical maintenance Experience in Technical Follow-up, Engineering, Maintenance or Airworthiness Follow-up Proficiency in office IT tools Management skills Rigor, interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactive approach Proficiency in English
