MCC Coordinator M/F

MANAERO, an employment agency specializing in aeronautics, is looking for an MCC Coordinator (M/F) for one of its clients, based at Orly airport.

Missions and responsibilities:

• Crisis management and live support

Listening to and responding to crews via radio, written messages, and telephone You act as the bridge between the CCO, pilots, and maintenance workshops

• Technical decision-making

Management of the MEL (minimum equipment List) ERP piloting to track fleet status and record interventions

• Maintenance coordination

Triggering subcontracting if necessary Management of deadlines in case of technical delays

• Technical administration Following of return to service approvals (APRS)

Requesting spare parts and contacting manufacturers Writing end-of-shift reports to hand over to the next team

Conditions:

6-month mission located in Orly 3*8 shift position

Diploma in aeronautical maintenance + experience in an equivalent position Part 66 license required B737NG qualification preferred Mastery/Knowledge of office IT tools Knowledge of TRAX preferred Eligible for Driving License B, red badge Ability to prepare operational meetings Reactivity, initiative, and decision-making Ability to handle pressure, sense of organization and situations, adaptability, priority management, analytical skills, autonomy Good interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills, ability to work in a team English level: B2
