The person in this position will support the Core Technology Architecture & Engineering area, participating in the design and modernization of cloud platforms and the migration of on-premise environments to the cloud. Location: Warszawa, Gdańsk or Gdynia 🏢 Work mode: hybrid – 2–3 days a week from the office 📅 Cooperation period: 19.10.2026 – 31.03.2027, with the possibility of extension 💼 Cooperation form: B2B 🌍 Language: English – advanced 🎯 Level: Senior Scope of cooperation Designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective cloud platforms. Supporting the implementation of infrastructure and application modernization strategies. Participating in migrations of on-premise environments to the cloud. Designing hybrid architecture covering multiple cloud providers and local infrastructure. Developing solutions in the areas of security, identity management, networking, data, and business continuity. Collaborating with architecture, engineering, and technology teams to implement solutions compliant with corporate standards. Taking into account scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization (FinOps). Technologies and technical areas Microsoft Azure: Entra ID, RBAC/PIM, Azure Policy, VNets, Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, Private Link, Bicep/Terraform, Azure SQL, Databricks, Fabric, Backup/DR, FinOps. Requirements
Requirements Experience in a Cloud Architect position in a large corporate organization, preferably in the financial sector. Practical experience in designing hybrid architecture, including on-premise environments and at least two cloud providers. Expert knowledge of the service architecture of at least one of the platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of security, identity and access management, networking, encryption, and security policy management. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform, Bicep or AWS CDK. Knowledge of CI/CD solutions, deployment automation, and GitOps. Experience in designing high availability, Disaster Recovery, and infrastructure resilience solutions. Knowledge of monitoring, reliability, and cloud cost optimization issues. Advanced knowledge of the English language. Additional assets will be Experience in designing advanced AI platforms based on GPT, Claude or Gemini models. Knowledge of Responsible AI issues and implementing AI solutions in corporate environments.
