Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching winter season in the unique environment of a family House within our high-altitude restaurant Le Panoramic.
Le Panoramic is located at an altitude of 3032 meters on the Glacier de la Grande Motte, and brings together a gastronomic restaurant, a canteen, a snack area, and two bars.
The open kitchen overlooking the dining room enhances dishes cooked over wood fire, exceptional meats, homemade fresh pasta, and the dessert buffet prepared on-site with a view of Mont-Blanc. The cellar, possessing more than 750 references, seduces wine and spirits enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
With an unforgettable panorama of the neighboring peaks, Le Panoramic is accessible by skis via lifts or on foot via the Perce-Neige funicular.
As a SELF-SERVICE ASSISTANT, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:
- Participate in meal preparation (starters, simple dishes, desserts)
- Cook meats, fish, or vegetables according to the chef's instructions
- Ensure the setup of buffets or the self-service counter
- Serve customers while respecting hygiene and safety rules
- Inform customers about the composition of dishes and products
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and equipment used
- Replenish sales areas during service
- Deliver orders to customers with speed and friendliness
- Participate in the cleaning and closing of the kitchen and the dining room
Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation.
