Our new brasserie, located in the former garages of the DDE (Direction Départementale de l'Equipement), pays tribute to this atypical location through its name. Open for continuous service from breakfast until dinner, "Drôle D'Endroit" offers a menu blending the brasserie spirit and French culinary tradition, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

As a SERVER, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Manage the restaurant setup, service, and clearing
• Welcome customers to ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service
• Bring dishes and drinks to the dining room on trays, and perform service
• Pass on information and ensure good internal communication of the service between the kitchen and the dining room
• Respect safety and hygiene rules

Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation.

POSITION TO BE FILLED FROM JULY 1ST, 2026 TO AUGUST 30TH, 2026, ON A SEASONAL CDD, 39H/WEEK.

• Experience in fine dining is highly appreciated for this position.
• Your mastery of English is indispensable, another language would be a plus.
