Requirements and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related areas to Organizational Wellbeing topics. (Degree and Professional License indispensable).

Specialty: Desirable additional training in organizational wellbeing, project management or mental health programs at work.

English: B2 Level (Intermediate) C1 for communication with clients.

Professional experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in one of the following areas;

Account Management or corporate account management with a wellbeing profile

Organizational wellbeing programs

Corporate benefits plans

Coordination of mental health programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Experience working with organizations with a headcount exceeding 10,000 employees.

Position Summary As Account Manager Lead you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of corporate accounts that use the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the organization's wellbeing solutions. The position acts as the main link between clients, internal teams, and service providers, ensuring the correct implementation, monitoring, and evolution of the program within each client organization.

The position combines strategic account management, operational coordination of wellbeing activities, program usage analysis, and support in crisis interventions. Likewise, it is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in program adoption, promoting its use within client organizations, and guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction and contract renewals.

Main functions. -Manage the relationship with corporate clients, ensuring compliance with contracted services and the proper functioning of the

-Identify specific needs of each organization and adapt wellbeing program activities to its context and organizational culture.

-Follow up on the annual renewal cycle of clients and coordinate with the Management when strategic intervention is required. Review platform and service usage indicators to identify areas of opportunity and design strategies that drive program adoption.

-Management of talks and workshops by coordinating the organization of virtual or in-person sessions related to mental health, wellbeing, and leadership.

-Coordinate the participation of external specialists, ensuring that sessions are carried out as scheduled.

-Manage agenda, technical coordination, confirmations, and follow-up of each scheduled activity.

-Support the creation and dissemination of the program through information stands, promotional materials, and internal campaigns within client organizations.

-Register and keep client information up to date in operating systems and management tools.

-Manage requests, quotes, activity scheduling, and internal coordination with the involved areas.

-Sending and presentation of monthly or quarterly reports on platform and service usage.

-Monitor key metrics related to program usage, client satisfaction, and account renewal.

-Coordinate the response to high emotional impact events and ATS (Severe Traumatic Events) within client organizations.
