For our partner, an industrial player operating in an international and high-tech environment, we are looking for a QHSE Director M/F, in a permanent contract (CDI) in Haute-Savoie (74). Your missions:

Reporting directly to the Management, you define, deploy, and steer the company's Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment strategy.

You will operate in a particularly demanding industrial environment, subject to strong regulatory, normative, and customer constraints, particularly in the aeronautics, defense, and nuclear markets.

As a key member of the management team, you are the guarantor of regulatory compliance, the performance of management systems, employee safety, and continuous improvement.

QHSE Strategy & Steering: Define and deploy the QHSE strategy in line with the orientations of the Management and the Group.

  • Define QHSE objectives, priorities, and performance indicators. Steer management systems and guarantee their effectiveness in a logic of sustainable performance and continuous improvement. Support Management in strategic decisions having an impact on Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment issues. Identify risks and opportunities and define associated action plans. Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring to anticipate developments that could impact the activity.

Quality & Compliance: Guarantee compliance and the maintenance of certifications according to the EN9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements related to the aeronautics, defense, and nuclear sectors. Supervise internal, external, customer, and certification audits. Steer the processing of non-conformities as well as corrective and preventive actions. Guarantee the control and improvement of the Quality Management System. Supervise supplier quality and contribute to securing the supply chain.

  • Steer major quality issues and support teams in complex problem-solving. Ensure relations with customers, suppliers, auditors, certification bodies, and competent authorities.

Health, Safety & Environment: Define and deploy the site's Health, Safety, and Environment policy.

  • Guarantee compliance with all HSE regulatory obligations. Steer professional risk analyses and associated action plans.
  • Supervise the update of the Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP). Steer prevention plans and risk reduction processes.
  • Analyze incidents, accidents, and at-risk situations and guarantee the implementation of corrective actions. Develop a true safety culture among all employees.
  • Steer the site's environmental issues and support environmental impact reduction processes.

Management & Continuous Improvement: Manage, support, and develop QHSE teams. Define priorities, organize resources, and support the skill development of employees.

  • Unify teams around a true QHSE and operational excellence culture. Work in close collaboration with Production, Methods, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Management departments. Support industrial projects and company transformations by integrating QHSE issues from their design.
  • Steer and support continuous improvement and change management processes. Actively participate in the development of the company's overall performance.

Profile Description:

Prerequisites***Higher education BAC+5 / Engineer / Master's Degree. Significant experience in Industrial QHSE Direction / Management.
