International Accounting Auditor M/F

We are looking for an International Accounting Auditor M/F. Position based in Caudan (near Lorient).

Do you have the desire to join a dynamic team, in an international environment that evolves through acquisitions and mergers, where each mission / country presents its own specificities? We need your audit expertise! Your mission consists of guaranteeing the quality of the accounting information provided by the subsidiaries in your portfolio as well as compliance with Group rules and deadlines. You notably validate reportings and audit accounts by traveling regularly to sites (Latin America, Europe, North Africa, Middle East) and finally by supporting any regular new transverse mission. Each auditor has a portfolio of 4 to 6 subsidiaries, distributed according to company size, closing deadlines, and specific issues. Teamwork and adaptability are essential! Our profession is organized around 3 main axes: Reportings:

• Validate monthly reportings (P&L and cash flow) in close collaboration with management control and the Treasury Department,
• Prepare quarterly packages for the needs of consolidated accounts based on information provided by the subsidiaries. Drafting comments for the Group Management (presented in meetings to International Operational Directors),

Validate legal documents (statutory accounts, tax packages...) of its subsidiaries before distribution. On-site audits (approximately 8 trips per year):

• Perform regular trips to the subsidiaries in one's portfolio to ensure compliance with the group's accounting rules and accounting principles (comparable to CAC diligence, excluding process reviews, which are performed by the internal audit department). The trip is also an opportunity to provide support for any accounting need of our subsidiaries,

Complementary transverse missions:

• Support changes in scope (acquisitions/mergers...): Accounting integration including account mapping, understanding and alignment of accounting rules with those of the Group, preparation and/or validation of merger entries, following the IT project for accounting merger...),
• Play an alerting role to management regarding identified issues (closing deadlines/adjustments/CAC opinion),
• Support any new Group project (change of IT tool / ERP, reduction of closing deadlines, etc...).

Holder of a higher accounting degree (MASTER, DESCF, ESC,...) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm, allowing for technical autonomy in the organization of one's work. Communication, analysis, and strong adaptability skills required. It is important to enjoy working in a team in a stimulating environment! Professional level of English Position based in Caudan with regular travel abroad
