We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Planner for the Maintenance team in Timbúes, who will be responsible for ensuring the planning and scheduling of mechanical maintenance tasks for the industrial complex, ensuring the availability of resources, spare parts, and services, in compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards. Among their main responsibilities are: Plan and schedule mechanical maintenance tasks on a weekly basis. Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts, resources, and services. Prioritize needs with internal customers: Production, Logistics, Safety and Hygiene, Projects, and Asset Protection. Manage warehouse spare parts stock. Generate maintenance orders to ensure task traceability. Prepare reports on scheduled maintenance compliance, proposing improvements. Drive and implement improvements in maintenance processes and ergonomics. Keep mechanical maintenance task procedures updated. Coordinate sector training together with supervisors.

Education: Graduate in Engineering or Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Technical degrees. Minimum of 2 years of experience in large industrial complexes. Mechanical knowledge: transmissions, lifting, oxy-fuel cutting/welding, pumps, seals, hydraulics, blueprint reading, and reducers. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance (reliability techniques and concepts). Handling of SAP. Intermediate English (technical reading). Planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Knowledge of GMP+ standard (desirable).
