We are looking to hire a Reliability Engineer (Mechanical) for our industrial operation. The purpose of the role is to ensure the reliability of equipment and processes, guaranteeing continuous operation without failures and promoting improvements that maximize performance and operational efficiency. Among its main responsibilities are: Analyze mechanical failures and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to define corrective actions. Lead improvement and CAPEX projects, including technical definition, purchasing, and execution. Propose and implement improvements in systems and equipment to optimize operation. Manage technical asset information (drawings, manuals, materials) in SAP. Administer maintenance procedures and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during the execution of work. Monitor purchase orders and services associated with their management. This is a position with a strong focus on technical analysis, continuous improvement, and optimization of industrial assets.

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience (approx. 1 year) in similar roles in an industrial environment (not exclusive) Intermediate English (reading). Tool proficiency: Office, SAP, CAD, SolidWorks.
