Jr Reliability Engineer

We are looking to hire a Jr Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Engineering team at our industrial operation in General Lagos. The position aims to contribute to the reliability of equipment and production processes, participating in failure analysis, asset management, and the implementation of improvements that allow for the optimization of plant performance. Main responsibilities Participate in mechanical failure analysis and the preparation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Collaborate on improvement and CAPEX projects, providing support in technical definition, monitoring, and execution of initiatives. Analyze industrial systems and equipment, identifying improvement opportunities to increase their reliability and efficiency. Manage and keep updated the technical information of assets in SAP (materials, drawings, manuals, and associated documentation). Manage maintenance procedures, manuals, drawings, and plant technical documentation. Monitor purchase orders, services, and materials linked to assigned projects and improvements. Actively participate in the promotion of a culture of safety, quality, and environmental care, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Advanced students or graduates of Mechanical Engineering. Initial experience in industrial environments, internships, or professional practices will be valued. Intermediate English level, especially for reading and interpreting technical documentation. Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD and/or SolidWorks.
