• Analyze invoices and request export payments (local fees and freight);
• Assist in filling out company systems;

• Assist in the issuance of documents related to export;
• Assist with the verification of deadlines on terminal and shipping line websites;

• Open tickets regarding services provided by motoboy;
• Contact service providers by telephone and e-mail;

• Analyze activities performed to see if we can bring improvements to the area's processes;
• Read and respond to e-mails daily.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administração, Comércio Exterior, Logística, R.I., or related fields; with an expected graduation around 24 months from the hiring date (December 2028).
• Knowledge of Intermediate Excel and Power B.I. (advanced will be a differentiator);

• Have at least Intermediate English (advanced / fluency will be a differentiator);
• Ease with technology and systems;

• Know how to work in a team, possess good communication, commitment, easy interpersonal relationships, and be proactive.
