Electrical Coordinator

We are looking to hire an Electrical Coordinator to lead the electrical and instrumental scope of the new Bahía Blanca Crushing Plant during the construction, commissioning, and startup stages.
During the project stage, you will be the LDC technical reference for electrical and instrumental installations, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and technical teams, and ensuring the correct execution, testing, and energization of the systems.
Subsequently, you will accompany the transition of assets toward operation and lead the electrical and instrumental maintenance management, guaranteeing the safety, reliability, and availability of the facilities.
Main responsibilities Act as the LDC technical reference for the electrical and instrumental scope during construction and startup. Technically supervise the execution and assembly of electrical and instrumental installations. Review engineering, specifications, technical documentation, and site modifications. Coordinate interfaces between electrical systems, instrumentation, processes, utilities, and infrastructure. Participate in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional tests. Coordinate energizations, resolve technical deviations, and manage punch list. Ensure the correct startup of electrical and instrumental systems. Guarantee the delivery of as built documentation, manuals, technical records, and other information necessary for operation. Define maintenance plans, critical spares, and training needs as part of the transition to operation. Lead electrical and instrumental maintenance during plant operation. Guarantee the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. Manage the availability and reliability of electrical and instrumental assets. Coordinate internal personnel, contractors, and specialized suppliers. Manage indicators, OPEX/CAPEX budget, and improvement projects linked to the area. Lead compliance with corporate standards for Safety, Hygiene, Environment, Quality, and Asset Protection. Lead and develop the technical maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related careers. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial projects, construction, commissioning, startup, and/or electrical maintenance. Experience in Medium and Low Voltage systems and startup of industrial installations. Experience leading technical teams, contractors, and suppliers. Experience in greenfield projects and in continuous process industries, agribusiness, energy, oil & gas, mining, or high-complexity industries will be valued. Knowledge of MT/BT electrical systems, transformers, cells, CCM, panels, motors, variable speed drives, UPS, and emergency systems. Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, industrial networks, and instrumentation. Knowledge of electrical studies, grounding systems, and electrical asset maintenance. Proficiency in SAP PM. Intermediate/advanced English, oral and written.
