With activities at the center of agricultural and food production and guided by our strong values, a rich legacy, and a clear vision, we are committed to working for a secure and sustainable future. We help feed and clothe about 500 million people every year, originating, processing, and transporting approximately 81 million tons of products. Structured as a matrix organization of 6 geographic regions and 10 platforms, LDC is active in more than 100 countries and employs about 18,000 people worldwide. We are guided by values that direct all stakeholders in our work. Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, as are humility, commitment, and diversity.

Lead, guide, and develop administrative teams distributed across multiple branches, hubs, regional offices, and operation support structures, ensuring alignment of priorities, standardization of practices, and consistent execution of administrative processes. Perform close management of the team, monitoring individual and collective performance, promoting structured feedback, building and monitoring PDIs, identifying potential successors, and developing technical and behavioral training plans. Manage the personnel budget for the administrative area, monitoring headcount, movements, costs, overtime, substitutions, absenteeism, and temporary reinforcement needs, ensuring balance between operational efficiency, quality of deliveries, and cost sustainability. Coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of administrative, commercial, and support processes of the regional branches, ensuring operational fluidity, compliance with deadlines, quality of information, and adherence to corporate policies. Monitor and direct high-criticality routines related to contracts, addenda, customer and supplier registrations, commercial documentation, administrative controls, tax processes, receipt of invoices, bookkeeping, payments, reimbursements, provisions, and other business support demands. Act preventively in the identification and correction of documentary, tax, financial, registration, and operational inconsistencies that could impact payments, invoicing, accounting records, regulatory compliance, internal customer service, or operational continuity. Ensure correct documentary management of administrative and commercial processes, ensuring traceability, organization, proper storage of evidence, updating of controls, and availability of information for audits, inspections, and internal inquiries. Monitor the execution of administrative routines in the units, evaluating service capacity, bottlenecks, critical pending issues, flow deviations, rework, and operational risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions with the involved areas. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and process reviews, ensuring the provision of information, documents, evidence, and action plans necessary for addressing findings and improving controls. Ensure adherence to administrative procedures, corporate norms, purchasing policies, payments, contracts, registrations, internal controls, tax records, and other guidelines applicable to the regional activity. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal norms, legal requirements, internal controls, and compliance guidelines applicable to the administrative, commercial, tax, financial, and operational processes of the region. Act as a link between the regional office and corporate areas, interacting recurrently with Jurídico, Tributário, Crédito, SBS, Logística, SHE, RH, Tesouraria, Contabilidade, Compras, Controladoria, and other support areas to ensure alignment, governance, and resolution of critical demands.
