We are looking for a Commercial Call Center Manager!

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (indispensable)
• Preferably a master's degree in progress or completed
• +5 years of experience in consultative or educational sales
• +3 years leading commercial teams at a managerial level
• Experience in meeting commercial goals and management by KPIs
• Knowledge in strategies for recruitment, admissions, and promotion of educational services
• Advanced Excel and mastery of data analysis for decision-making
• Indispensable experience in training, onboarding, and supporting new hires
• Experience developing and implementing commercial training plans for sales teams
• Ability to lead talent incubators, ensuring the integration, follow-up, and productivity of new collaborators during their first months of management
