Business Growth Manager

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Business Growth Manager for our Look4IT team, who will be responsible for developing cooperation with Clients and acquiring new business partners in the IT industry. Look4IT is a recruitment agency specializing in the IT industry. We support Clients in recruiting highly qualified specialists and provide comprehensive outsourcing solutions. We operate with passion, building long-term relationships based on professionalism and trust. Scope of responsibilities: Acquiring new Clients: Building relationships with companies needing support in recruitment and outsourcing.

Selling software developed by Look4IT .

Developing cooperation with Clients: Maintaining and deepening long-term relationships based on trust and understanding Client needs.

Preparing offers: Creating proposals tailored to Client requirements, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

Managing the sales process and sales funnel in the CRM system.

Requirements

Many years of experience in selling recruitment and outsourcing services – necessarily in the IT industry.

Experience in acquiring foreign Clients.

Possession of an extensive network of contacts in the IT industry.

Very good knowledge of the IT industry and IT technologies.

Ability to establish and maintain contacts with business decision-makers.

Ability to act independently, take initiative, prioritize, and effectively manage tasks.

Setting ambitious goals and achieving them.

Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation systems.

Ability to create and verify offer documents while maintaining the highest accuracy.

Experience in creating and running a start-up is welcome.

English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.
