An Engineering Assistant for database management is sought at Logistify. It is fundamental that the candidate has leadership to manage projects and teams. Additionally, experience in Excel macros is required to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. The work is on-site, so the candidate must attend the Logistify main headquarters. The candidate is expected to not only manage the database but also actively participate in the continuous improvement of our logistics processes. Requisitos:
Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree Knowledge:
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Presentation design and audits
- Basic knowledge in Logistica
Funciones:
- Monitoring and preparation of the generation of the indicator database
- Engineering audit
- Monitoring the feeding of the Audit Checklist to all involved areas
- In charge of the preparation of the Audit Summary Report
- Monitoring, feeding, and creation of the operations indicator database
- In charge of the preparation of KPI´s ING /SAC/ VENTAS/ADMIN, based on weekly standards
- Monitoring and performance of Courier Audits
- Monitoring and performance of support Audit
- Tracking and communication in situations that may put the operation at risk detected in the established audits

- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Knowledge in Logistica
