The Taj-I Mah Hotel is ideally located on the slopes, in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort. It is the first 5-star establishment in Les Arcs but also in the entire Paradiski ski area, which brings together Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, and La Plagne. The Taj-I Mah 5* Hotel was elected "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2025 and is once again in the running for the title of "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2026.

Your role: You report to the Spa Manager whom you assist in the daily management of the hotel's Spa and wellness area. You are the guarantor of our guests' well-being and ensure their satisfaction.

Your main missions:

• Welcome and take care of clients within the spa
• Perform massages and treatments according to the protocols defined by our partner brands
• Advise clients, promote, and sell cosmetic products
• Listen to our clientele's needs and meet their expectations
• Be responsible for the setup and cleanliness of the various treatment areas, as well as the wellness area
• Participate in training the teams in good treatment practices
• Manage the treatment room schedule when the Spa Manager is not present
• Manage stocks
• Monitor the correct implementation of all procedures within the spa
• Manage the daily cash register when the Spa Manager is not present

Profile sought Coming from training in aesthetics (CAP, BEP, BAC PRO métiers de l'Esthétique or BTS métiers de l'Esthétique), you have proven successful experience as an Assistant SPA Manager in a hotel establishment of similar standing, ideally located in the mountains. You have a taste for challenge. You know how to demonstrate rigor and organization. You know how to work collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of our partner brands Valmont, Phytomer, and Kos would be a real asset. Mastery of English is indispensable.
