Location: Sliema, Malta Salary: €50,000–90,000 per year (gross)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Country Manager who can drive growth, build strategic relationships, and strengthen our presence in the Nordic iGaming market. You will be responsible for developing the region, opening new partnerships, and delivering commercial results in a fast-paced international environment.

About the role

As Country Manager, you will have full commercial responsibility for the Nordic region. You will work clearly in a hunter-style with a focus on new business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling the market position. The role requires a network-strong individual who can quickly open doors, build relationships at C-level, and close deals independently.

You will:

  • identify new business opportunities
  • drive the entire B2B sales cycle from first contact to closed deal
  • represent the company in the industry and ensure our solutions are strongly positioned
  • build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders

  • the opportunity to work with market-leading iGaming products
  • an environment where commercial profiles can grow quickly and have a clear impact
  • strong exposure in the industry through events, conferences, and C-level networks
  • a platform where your results directly affect the region's growth and the company's position

In short: You get a chance to accelerate your career, broaden your network, and work in an international context where innovation, quality, and commercial execution are central.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal
  • Build and maintain a strong and active pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and deliver a consultative, solution-oriented sales strategy
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Act as a product specialist and present both existing and upcoming solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into partnerships
  • Prepare commercial offers and presentations
  • Report pipeline status and sales progression
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
  • Conduct product demonstrations both online and physically
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to support initiatives that drive new business

Requirements for you

  • Fluent Swedish and strong knowledge of English
  • An existing C-level network within the gaming/gambling industry
  • Documented experience from the Nordic iGaming market (B2B or commercial B2C)
  • Deep understanding of casino, slots, and live casino products
  • Experience in developing and implementing regional or global sales strategies
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast, complex, and changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Independent, proactive, and motivated with strong commercial drive
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and build long-term relationships
  • Hands-on mentality and clear ownership
  • Data-driven mindset and focus on results

Benefits

  • Comprehensive onboarding and training according to high industry standards
  • Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative corporate culture
  • Excellent career opportunities in a fast-growing international organization
