Our outbound sales team is in hypergrowth mode, and we need a motivated, strategic, and energetic person who is passionate about supporting large retail companies in their growth. If you are results-oriented and excited about joining a fast-growing company, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Proactively prospect SMB and mid-market retail accounts via phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels.
- Communicate with various stakeholders to understand their challenges and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth prospect handoff and strategic follow-up.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on prospect conversations to help refine outbound strategies.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales targets in a high-volume environment.
What you will bring:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or a customer-oriented role
- Good understanding of the sales cycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy, strategic, and comfortable managing sales accounts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, action-oriented, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company.
- As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, proficiency in English as a working language is required for this position.
Even better if you have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, preferably with SMB or mid-market retail clients.
- Ability to perform phone and email prospecting and engage SMB and mid-market stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with POS systems or other software platforms in large organizations.
- Experience with consultative sales approaches such as MEDDPICC or BANT.

You will be able to enjoy:
- a flexible work environment that will allow you to give your best
- a culture that celebrates performance
- the possibility of having an impact within a team large enough to evolve professionally, but agile enough for your voice to be heard
- opportunities that will shape your career
