Production Planner in the area of Series & Project Production Planning (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Carrying out capacity analyses in the short, medium, and long term as well as identifying bottlenecks
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of capacity meetings with other departments
• Identifying bottlenecks at an early stage and, if necessary, initiating and monitoring corrective measures
• Analysis, planning, and optimization of cross-departmental value streams, workflows, processes, and organizational structures
• Planning and leading improvement projects in the area of production planning/control and scheduling
• Monitoring processes for effectiveness, deriving insights, preparing reports, and presenting the status to management
• Development of meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as determination and preparation of KPIs and statistics and initiating measures in case of deviations

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology, or comparable
• Experience in the field of production and capacity planning and Supply Chain
• Experience in value stream analysis and design as well as material flow simulation
• Very good IT skills. Especially in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Microsoft Power BI
• Solution-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Confident appearance and proactive mindset
• Relevant experience with ERP and APS systems desirable
