Head of HVOF and Shot Peening (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Management of a master-level area with a diverse production spectrum
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees

• Ensuring compliance with all legal, operational, and safety-relevant specifications
• Ensuring the timely, quality-compliant, and quantity-compliant processing of the production program in the area of activation and cleaning blasting

• Organization and control of the deployment of personnel, material, equipment, and workstations
• Ensuring stable shift and program capacity planning

• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and specifications in the masking and masking process
• Participation in the analysis of errors, rework, and scrap, as well as the implementation of improvement measures

• Ensuring qualification, instruction, and further development
• Promoting teamwork, personal responsibility, and safety awareness

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an Industriemechaniker (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Qualified further training as a Meister (m/f/d) or alternatively as a Techniker (m/f/d)

• Good English skills
• Assertiveness and implementation strength

• High communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership qualities

• Good knowledge of MS-Office
