Packaging Project Coordination Technician (M/F)

Lesaffre International is looking for its future Coordination Officer for our Packaging projects. Reporting to the Group Packaging Manager, you will assist Lesaffre International teams and subsidiaries around the world during transfers and launches of new products for bread making. Your missions will be to: Ensure and coordinate the harmonization of formats and packaging within the group, allowing for Production/Sales flexibility. Ensure the compliance of packaging with graphic charters, current regulations (production/sales countries), and the technical constraints of the sites. Coordinate the creation and deployment of mock-ups at our sites. Be the point of contact for sites regarding packaging topics (design, mentions, colors) and join the BYC (Baker's Yeast Coordination) team. Feed and maintain technical databases. Thus, on a daily basis, you will: Verify the technical feasibility of requests, validate them in the dedicated tool, and follow up on their correct implementation. Guarantee the compliance of mock-ups by following the validation process on a dedicated collaborative platform. Manage the relationship with the graphic agency for the creation/modification of mock-ups. Lead Group and Regional project follow-up meetings. Monitor the correct deployment of modified packaging or packaging subject to graphic charter renewal or range extensions across our sites. Your missions will lead you to work in coordination with various departments of Lesaffre International (marketing, quality, supply, regulatory, technical).
You will be in daily contact with our subsidiaries all over the world and will participate in challenging projects involving new packaging materials that are more environmentally friendly. Occasional travel may be considered.
Education: You have a BAC +2/+3 level education, technical or marketing type, or an equivalent specialized university degree. You already have significant experience and/or a successful project of 2 to 5 years. Skills You are proficient in English (daily working language) and have a good command of office tools (Excel, PPT, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.). You demonstrate rigor, reliability, autonomy, and critical thinking in the performance of your missions. You know how to work in a team with various interlocutors from different cultures. An interest or even small experience in the fields of packaging and graphics/printing is welcome, but it is not mandatory to be specialized in these fields.
