MAINTENANCE METHODS & RELIABILITY MANAGER (M/F)

Bio Springer manufactures and markets on behalf of several Business Units of the Lesaffre Group. Each of these Business Units specializes in an application area of yeast derivatives and has its own commercial organization. Products are exported worldwide.
Reporting to the Maintenance, Methods & Reliability Manager, your main missions will consist of: Ensuring and organizing maintenance scheduling and anticipating its evolution in terms of performance and quality of service provided, Managing all regulatory files, Being the guarantor of technical and supplier documentation (codification, filing, updating…), Supervising service contracts. In this capacity, you will have to: Coordinate and manage the Methods team (motivate, inform, explain complex technical data, respect safety, hygiene, and quality rules, …), Supervise the service contract for the technical store, Be the technical referent for the acquisition and use of new techniques (technological watch, needs analysis, modification studies, adapted proposals) and follow regulatory watch, Supervise the preparation of parts for interventions by providing all suitable technical, material, and documentary means, Respect the objectives set in terms of priorities, schedules, and execution costs, Ensure the satisfaction of internal customers, Participate in cross-functional working groups (Manufacturing, Lean, Quality, Environment…) and propose sustainable solutions for recurring technical problems, after analyzing feedback from experience, Develop the proper use of GMAO, Proceed with the development of maintenance ranges after codification and optimize preventive maintenance (AMDEC, existing maintenance ranges, operating procedures…), Supervise external contractors on sites (respect for specifications, safety rules, regulations, and standards) and manage certain subcontracting contracts, Take part in the preparation of the sector budget and prepare quotes for operations, Organize maintenance scheduling and anticipate its evolution in terms of performance and quality of service provided.
Technical skills: Training of minimum Bac +2 with 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, industrial maintenance, or electromechanics, or Bac+5 with 5 years of experience in a similar function within an industrial environment. Expertise in maintenance methods: planning, continuous improvement, documentary formalization, Use of GMAO tools (e.g., SAP, ideally COSWIN or other maintenance management software), Technical knowledge of industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic), English practice (minimum B2). Expected qualities and job specificities: Rigor to apply strict QHSE standards (quality, safety, hygiene, environment-energy) and work with precision, Teamwork and communication to explain and collaborate with teams and various departments (Maintenance, production, quality, and continuous improvement, purchasing), Management and leadership, Organization for planning tasks, inventories, and maintenance projects, Ability to identify points of dysfunction and propose adapted solutions, Proactivity to anticipate needs for parts, consumables, and methods to improve maintenance management.
