PERSON FOR AN INTERNSHIP IN THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT – OPERATIONAL ANALYST

Currently, we are looking for a person for: INTERNSHIP in the PRODUCTION department - OPERATIONAL ANALYST Are you a young, talented, ambitious, and creative person ready for new challenges? Try your hand in the JASKÓŁKI PRZYSZŁOŚCI internship program — this is a program of paid internships lasting from 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of individually determining their duration, carried out at Lesaffre Polska.

What will be your responsibilities? Support in preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) Participation in operational analyses in relation to the budget and business forecasts, as well as support in developing corrective action plans Assistance in developing the annual budget for the industrial-technical division in cooperation with the finance department and organizational units Co-participation in defining and updating key operational performance indicators (KPI) Assistance in managing operational reports for the needs of the organization Participation in projects aimed at optimizing and improving process efficiency and providing complete data and analyses supporting the operational area Monitoring weekly and monthly operational performance indicators (KPIs)

You can become an intern if: you have turned 18 and have not turned 30 you are a pupil, student, or graduate of vocational, secondary, or higher education in the field of economics, management and production engineering, or related you have successfully passed the recruitment process you possess a sharp mind and analytical thinking skills you can work in a team and under time pressure you are communicative, reliable, and precise you consistently strive to achieve goals you are very proficient in the MS Office suite you know English at a B1 level The following will also be welcome:
