Industrial Controller (M/F)

Within the Controlling department of the factory located in Marcq-en-Barœul and under the responsibility of the Controlling Manager, you will play a central role in steering the economic performance of the factory, in constant contact with operational managers (technical management, production workshops, supply chain, maintenance…). You will be the point of reference for monitoring production costs and industrial profitability. You will be required to: Ensure the monthly closing of production costs in SAP Participate in the reporting of results in the Group reporting tool Monitor financial indicators (dashboards, key indicators, KPIs…) and explain industrial performance (cost prices, consumption, yields…) Lead performance reviews with operational staff on production ratios to identify improvement levers and monitor action plans Ensure the preparation of forecast results (rolling forecast, resource allocation…) Participate in the preparation of standard costings in SAP. Participate in the preparation of cost and profitability studies, particularly on CAPEX. Propose and lead digitalization and automation projects for controlling and reporting processes to gain efficiency and reliability.
With a higher education background in management / finance from a Business School or equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in the industrial sector. You have knowledge in financial control and management controlling. You are comfortable with the analysis of operational flows and their financial impacts. You master the Office Pack and collaborative tools (Office 365: Teams, Share Point, One Drive, PowerBi, etc). Knowledge of SAP is an asset. You are rigorous, highly organized, and know how to show tenacity to complete the requested tasks. Your analytical and synthesis skills will be key elements for the success of your missions. Autonomous, pedagogical, and possessing interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and with multiple collaborators (all departments, business unit, controlling/group consolidation). You speak English fluently.
