Within the Management Control department of the plant located in Marcq-en-Barœul and under the responsibility of the Management Control Manager, you will contribute to the day-to-day management of the activity and actively participate in the implementation of best practices and analyses on our ERP: SAP. You will be the referent for the analysis of turnover and operational expenses. You will be required to: Ensure the monthly closing of turnover and operational expenses in our ERP SAP. Participate in the reporting of results in the Group reporting tool. Guarantee the correct and timely implementation of transfer pricing between subsidiaries. Propose avenues for improvement on existing processes: analyses for closings, ad hoc requests, etc. Ensure the consistency of inter-departmental information: advise and raise awareness among departments regarding analytical data. Define, implement, and communicate relevant control, analysis, and performance management reports to internal stakeholders. Assist in the creation of new reportings, particularly in the BI tool.

With a higher education background in management / finance from a Business School or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience. You have knowledge in financial control and management control. You are comfortable with the analysis of operational flows and their financial impacts. You master the Pack Office and collaborative tools (Office 365: Teams, Share Point, One Drive, PowerBi, etc). Knowledge of SAP is an asset. You are rigorous, highly organized, and know how to show tenacity to bring requested tasks to completion. Your analytical and synthesis skills will be key elements for the success of your missions. Autonomous, pedagogical, and possessing interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and with multiple collaborators (all departments, business unit, management control/group consolidation). You speak English fluently.
