Technical Manager (M/F)

My client is an international industry that develops and manufactures innovative and high-quality products. As part of a replacement, I am looking for their Technical Manager.

The position:

Reporting to the Plant Director and as a member of the CODIR, you will participate in the development of the plant and lead all technical activities within your scope: Maintenance, Utilities, General Services, Automation? You guarantee the implementation of the technical policies defined by the Group by establishing the necessary means and resources. You lead and develop your team to achieve the set objectives (approximately 60 people, with managerial deputies). You define and monitor budgets and the implementation of maintenance activities for the equipment under your responsibility. In collaboration with the Corporate Engineering department, you characterize and implement the level of automation necessary to drive production equipment and General Services, according to Business requirements. In connection with all site services, you carry out the technical improvement actions necessary for the safety of people and property for the site, as well as actions guaranteeing compliance with HSE policies.

Profile sought:

To succeed in this position, you have a BAC + 5 degree (Mechanics, Electricity, Chemistry, Food Industry?) supplemented by a minimum of 15 years of experience in the fields of maintenance, new works, and production in industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Manager position is required, as well as a good level of English. Equipped with a strong technical background, you are a recognized, established Manager who develops team spirit, communication, listening, and continuous improvement.
