Your tasks as an Export Clerk (m/f/d) in Sales Back Office

• In your new role as an Export Clerk (m/f/d) in Sales Back Office, you will prepare and process shipping documents and customs documents
• In doing so, you will work closely with specialist departments, freight forwarders, customs offices, and customers
• In consultation with the field sales service, you will prepare offers
• You will carry out order processing independently and create order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
• Finally, you will participate in national trade fairs

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• You have already been able to gain professional experience in the field of order processing and export
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
