Training Sales Consultant - Huai Khwang

Develop corporate clients (B2B), including both Chinese companies in Thailand and medium-to-large Thai companies, while building a database and planning client visits. Generate leads and analyze customer needs through HR Communities, business associations, chambers of commerce, industrial events, and referrals. Prepare Training Solutions, Course Packages, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from presenting courses, conducting demo teaching/presentations, and preparing contracts to scheduling training, coordinating, and following up on payments. Manage key accounts, drive repeat sales, and plan annual training budgets to build long-term partnerships. Develop clients within the institutional group, HR firms, and consulting companies to sell course licenses and speaker services. Build and expand the network of trainers in Thailand, including sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating with Thai/freelance trainers. Analyze the market and competitors, and segment customers by industry and needs. Prepare monthly market reports and analyses.

Work 5 days/week | Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Work location: Bangkok, with the ability to travel to other provinces.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. No gender restriction, age approximately 20–35 years old. At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales. Able to use English for work. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration. Experience in Corporate Training, Management Consulting, HR Services, or SaaS Sales will be given special consideration. Having a network or client base in the HR / L&D group in Thailand will be given special consideration. Able to analyze customer needs and prepare Training Solutions / Proposals independently. Able to present and explain courses, including training systems, comprehensively to customers. Able to travel to other provinces, such as EEC, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. Understanding of procurement processes in Thai companies, tax systems, tax invoice issuance, and customer payment cycles will be given special consideration. Having a network of trainers or Freelance Trainers will be given special consideration.
