Develop and conduct workstation audits and process audits. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. Perform risk analyses of manufacturing processes. Ensure the application of customer and regulatory quality requirements.

  • Supplier quality management

Draft and follow up on supplier non-conformity reports until closure. Support the handling of corrective and preventive actions. Participate in supplier expertise in case of failure. Act as the primary contact for receiving inspectors regarding quality matters. Contribute to the improvement of the supplier quality management system.

  • Team management

Supervise and support a team of 15 quality inspectors. Conduct annual and professional appraisals. Develop employee skills. Participate in the integration and training of new arrivals. Ensure the monitoring of skill and qualification matrices.

Profile: Minimum Bac +2 in the fields of Quality, Production, or Technical. Significant experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment, ideally aeronautics. Good mastery of ISO 9001 and EN9100 standards. Knowledge of aeronautical customer frameworks (Airbus, Dassault, Bombardier, Stelia, Daher). Mastery of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M, QRQC, Quality Audits, Risk Analyses, Capabilities). Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
