To strengthen our team, we are looking for as soon as possible 1 Ocean Freight Import Employee, employment in full-time or part-time possible
from 30 -38.5 hours per week
Your tasks:
- Order processing and handling of LCL/FCL import ocean freight
- Supporting dispatching tasks
- Scheduling and monitoring of transport relations
- Contact person for customers and suppliers
- Processing of complaints
- Administrative activities (e.g., data and system maintenance)
Our requirements:
- Completed commercial training, freight forwarding apprenticeship is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in administration is desired
- Good MS Office knowledge (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- English skills in speaking and writing
- Independent and conscientious way of working with high accuracy
- Communicative personality with strong teamwork skills
