🎯 Your daily role? You ensure a warm and personalized welcome, accompanying each customer throughout their journey in the store with professionalism and a sense of service.
You advise customers by identifying their needs and proposing suitable outfits and accessories, in line with trends and the brand universes.
You develop cross-selling by highlighting combinations of pieces and creating an inspiring shopping experience.
You actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives, notably by participating in promotional operations and in-store animations.
You handle checkouts with rigor and a sense of customer service.
You ensure the impeccable maintenance of the sales area by ensuring replenishment, organization, and merchandising according to the brand standards.
What are the job details & conditions? Working hours: A rhythm of 4 consecutive days followed by 2 days off, including two days on morning shifts and two days on evening shifts, within a time range that can extend from 4am to 11pm.
Remuneration structure: Benefit from an attractive remuneration system combining base salary, sales bonuses, other bonuses, allowances, and benefits.

You possess knowledge of fashion codes, current trends, and textile products.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another language is an additional asset.
You maintain a neat appearance as well as an elegant and professional posture in all circumstances.
