You welcome, advise, and assist a demanding clientele by offering them a personalized and memorable experience.
You perform beauty consultations to recommend skincare routines adapted to each client's needs.
You discover the brand's olfactory universe through sensory experiences and tailor-made advice.
You develop sales and actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
You build customer loyalty through the quality of your assistance and personalized follow-up.
You ensure compliance with the brands' excellence standards regarding merchandising, presentation, and customer experience.
You maintain constant awareness of new products, market trends, and customer expectations.
You collaborate closely with the point-of-sale teams to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience.
What are the job details & conditions? Working hours: A rhythm of 4 consecutive days followed by 2 days off, including two days on morning shifts and two days on evening shifts, within a time range that can extend from 4 am to midnight.
Remuneration structure: Benefit from an attractive remuneration system combining base salary, sales bonuses, other bonuses, allowances, and benefits.
🙋 Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities? Preferred experience: Ideally, you have successful experience in selective distribution, luxury, perfumery, or high-end cosmetics. Main skills sought: Your sense of welcome, your open-mindedness, and your commitment to customer service contribute to making every boutique visit a unique and memorable experience.
You possess excellent knowledge of the worlds of perfumery, makeup, and skincare.
Mastery of English is indispensable; proficiency in another language is an additional asset.
You adopt a neat appearance as well as an elegant and professional posture in all circumstances.
Your enthusiasm, dynamism, and sense of service are the pillars of your daily commitment.
Information on the recruitment process Our recruitment process includes an HR interview, an operational interview, as well as an exchange with the brand teams. During these interviews, particular attention will be paid to your knowledge of the brand's universes as well as your ability to interact in an international environment. An exchange in English will also be conducted.
