Your role You are responsible for managing projects entrusted to the Concept Design Construction department, for the France and international scope. Your responsibilities are to ensure a management mission, from the initial brief and scoping, through execution, and finally closure (operational and financial). Projects are varied: new builds, renovation work, one-off interventions (day to day), stripping out existing points of sale. To deliver the projects under their charge, the France and International Project Manager will notably call upon the technical and marketing expertise of the Concept Design and Construction department.
Your missions
- Project scoping:
Assume the role of the main project interlocutor with internal stakeholders (headquarters) and external stakeholders (Paris, Regional, and International networks) Define project objectives, requirements, and resources; note the specificity of duty free projects, within which brand-customized corners are installed and require intensive specific monitoring Define the project team with the expertise hubs involved in the project Define the global provisional project budget and schedule, with the support of the expertise hubs Propose detailed project plans by defining key stages and deadlines for each of the Department's hubs Challenge the deadlines proposed by each expertise and the networks Establish the project scoping note Organize and lead project kick-offs
- Project execution:
Monitor and control project budgets Ensure the smooth running of projects within established deadlines Collaborate with the different hubs of the Concept Design Construction department to ensure effective coordination during the project progress Represent the department in cross-functional project committees Ensure homogeneous information sharing between all internal and external stakeholders Ensure the delivery of deliverables on time and in their entirety. Organize joint final validation sessions for deliverables to identify improvements or corrections Record milestone passages and the creation/consolidation of the project sheet associated with the milestone passage Identify risks throughout the project, alert when necessary, and propose corrective actions to be taken Perform regular reporting on project progress to the PMO unit

Perform the official closure of projects Lead internal Lessons Learned sessions
Profile sought Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, in cross-functional management, ideally in the retail sector Master's degree (Bac +5), Engineering School, Business School, or university training Knowledge of project management methods Mastery of common project management tools, resource management, risk analysis, cross-functional team management (MS Project for example, asana, etc.) Leadership, communication skills, rigor and organization, critical thinking and analysis, ability to anticipate and be proactive. Curiosity and initiative Fluent English (written and oral), proficiency in another language will be a plus
