🎯 The Position You will play a key role at the crossroads of the company's financial health and the administrative management of our learners.
Missions Your time will be structured around three main missions, requiring both financial rigor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Debt Collection & Customer Relations (approximately 60% of missions)
This is the heart of your mission. You are the guarantor of our billing cycle and find solutions for our clients. Unpaid Management (Companies): Ensure follow-ups by email and then by telephone for training finance invoices.
Unpaid Management (Learners): Manage telephone follow-ups for individual payment installments.
Proactive Monitoring: Manage payment schedules, track payment promises, and ensure the traceability of your actions.
Customer Support: Handle spontaneous requests (changes of RIB, requests for payment extensions, questions about an invoice) with listening skills and efficiency.
- Administrative Management of Financing
You are the essential link between our learners and financing organizations. File Entry: Ensure precise administrative entry and the updating of our apprentices' files on various OPCO platforms.
Compliance: Guarantee that files are complete for the proper release of funds.
- Attendance Monitoring You contribute to our learners' engagement and ensure our monitoring obligations.
Course Tracking: Perform email follow-ups with learners showing a delay in their pedagogical progress.
Reporting: Declare absences and training withdrawals on our partners' platforms (e.g., France Travail).
🕵️ Profile Sought 🌟 To succeed in this position, you need: Perfectly comfortable in English, you have had the opportunity to work in this language on a daily basis, in writing and especially orally.
A first experience of at least two years in B2C debt collection.
Rigor and Organization: You are methodical, know how to follow complex schedules, and let nothing slip through.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You are comfortable on the phone, know how to show firmness with diplomacy and listening to find solutions.
Good Stress Management: You manage debt collection situations with calmness and professionalism.
Versatility: You like juggling between financial tasks (collection) and pure administrative tasks (data entry).
