Scope of responsibilities: • Conducting local recruitment and coordinating relocation processes for employees from abroad.

• Active candidate sourcing using the Direct Search method (LinkedIn and internal databases).
• Building a professional image of Green Field as a modern employer in the labor market.

Requirements:

• education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• skills: Document archiving - mandatory; Publishing content on the internet - mandatory; Recruitment and selection of employees - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B2 - upper intermediate, writing: B2 - upper intermediate - mandatory
