Project Manager "Showroom Construction" / Showroom Design Project Manager

We design, build, and develop a network of furniture showrooms in key European cities. Our presence in Europe continues to expand confidently, with new locations opening in Warsaw and Budapest next year — another step in the development of an ambitious international network.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Active travel between company locations
• Interior design and preparation of technical documentation
• On-site photography and measurement taking
• Participation in the selection of contractors for the respective sites
• Coordination and quality control of construction and installation activities
• Review and revision of technical documentation
• Preparation of regular project status reports

Who We Are Looking For

• Energetic, loves to travel, and is ready to work in a dynamic, international environment
• Technical profile — construction, architecture, or interior design
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; a second language (German, French) is an advantage
• Active driver with a Category B license. Experience driving abroad is an advantage
• Diplomatic yet assertive communicator — able to manage contentious situations with local partners
• Precise in documentation and technical terminology
• Capable of quick on-site decision-making regarding regulatory/technical issues
• Able to delegate and coordinate remote teams on-site
• Calm and adaptive during sudden changes and unforeseen situations
• Curious and eager for professional development — follows current trends in interior design

Software Skills

• AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Microsoft Office
• Openness to working with AI tools (e.g., Claude)
