Operations Coordinator in the Maintenance Area
WORK LOCATION: office in Pustkowie-Osiedle at the Kronospan Plant + trips to Germany
What tasks you will perform: Operational supervision over the implementation of maintenance works – from collecting orders from the Client for mechanical and electrical works, creating work schedules, providing necessary work tools (e.g., workwear), organizing transport and accommodation, to supervising the quality of work, ensuring timeliness, as well as settling protocols and invoices in the system for the entire project Contact with the Client – planning works and discussing progress Coordination of the work of industrial mechanic and electrician teams in a rotational system Solving technical and organizational problems Close cooperation with the Company Management, Commercial Manager (direct supervisor), Purchasing Department, and HR Department Taking care of the formal side - timely delivery of documentation related to the performed works, employee documentation (leaves/applications/protocols, etc.) to the HR department, settling invoices in the system and ensuring their correctness Reporting work progress to superiors Possibility of expanding the scope of commissioned works to another area (in the future), e.g., specialized cleaning of machines, tanks, industrial buildings, etc.
What qualifications, knowledge, and skills are needed for this position: Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating the work of technical teams in the industrial industry (maintenance/heavy industry/wood industry/energy) Readiness for frequent business trips - working in the office in Pustkowie-Osiedle and trips to Germany (50%/50%) Ability to build partner relations with the Client and with the subordinate team Ability to plan, organize, and enforce work Communication skills, responsibility, and assertiveness Readiness to work in a dynamic environment, ease of adaptation to changes Independence, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset English and/or German at a communicative level, enabling free communication Category B driving license
