• Managing the production department and ensuring the implementation of production plans in accordance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising production processes in accordance with technological requirements and product specifications.
• Monitoring production results and implementing process improvement actions, increasing efficiency, and optimizing costs.
• Leading the production team, setting goals, evaluating work performance, and supporting team development.
• Supervising production and quality reporting as well as the correct settlement of the production process.
• Collaborating with the purchasing, logistics, technical, and quality departments to ensure production continuity and resolve current issues.
• Ensuring compliance with OHS rules and standards applicable in the production area.
• Reporting key production results to the Company Board.

• Min. 2 years of experience in managing a production area, experience in the plastics processing area is welcome.
• Higher education – technical fields preferred.
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free communication.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Accuracy in task execution.
• Stress resistance and the ability to act under time pressure.
