Category Manager (maintenance) with Chinese language (M/F)

Our goal is further expansion of both the domestic and export markets by offering the latest achievements in our product portfolio. Therefore, we are looking for competent managers and specialists characterized by passion and ambition in pursuing set goals. Currently, we are looking for a person for the position of: Purchasing Manager (with Chinese language) (F/M)

• Developing and implementing a central purchasing strategy consistent with the organization's business goals.
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and sourcing new supply sources.
• Monitoring costs, initiating cost-saving actions, and enforcing budget discipline.
• Supervising supplier selection and evaluation processes.
• Optimizing purchasing processes in terms of efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with various locations and departments within the organization.
• Responsibility for strategic purchasing categories (including cooperation with the Chinese market).
• Participation in investment projects.
• Reporting purchasing results to the management / headquarters.
• Managing supply chain risks (timeliness, quality, continuity of supply).
• Analyzing international markets and purchasing trends.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing management.
• Very good knowledge of Chinese and English, enabling negotiations and fluent communication - a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to cost and process optimization.
• Ability to cooperate with different departments and locations within the company.
• Experience in cooperating with suppliers from Asia (especially China).
• Knowledge of import processes, Incoterms, and international logistics.
• Experience working with ERP systems – welcome.
