Electrician / Mechatronics Technician as Service Technician for the outdoor installation of port crane systems

For the assembly and commissioning of our port crane systems in Hamburg, we are looking for talented reinforcement at the earliest possible date. What you will be doing: Fault analysis: Analysis, diagnosis, and rectification of faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components of our products. Assembly and commissioning: Assembly of new devices and prototypes (e.g., straddle carriers, port mobile cranes, port crane systems) as well as commissioning using programmable logic controllers (PLC). Functional testing: Carrying out functional tests, troubleshooting, and sustainable error rectification. Documentation: Careful documentation of test results, identified damages, and performed repairs. Site coordination: Occasional management of construction sites domestically and abroad (e.g., Bremen, Bremerhaven, Lübeck, Kiel or worldwide) as well as ensuring smooth cooperation within the team.
What you bring with you: Education: Completed training as an electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, or comparable electrotechnical qualification. Personality: Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and a reliable way of working. Experience: Initial practical knowledge in industrial electronics, control and drive technology, PLC, or frequency converters. Expertise: Basic technical understanding of electrical engineering as well as confident application of corresponding systems and components. Willingness to travel: Fitness for working at heights, valid car driver's license, as well as willingness for worldwide international assignments and good English skills.
