Possessing editing & proofreading skills

Possessing good English language skills (oral and written)

Possessing good Indonesian language skills (oral and written)

Mastering EYD V

Preference given to those with experience as a book editor/translator

Liking fiction works of all genres

Detail-oriented and able to work according to deadlines

Able to work in a team and collaborate with external parties

Added value: having an understanding of fiction book trends and/or being active in reading communities
