What do we value? University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, ADE, or similar.

Minimum 8 years of experience in technological consulting and at least 5 years in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Experience leading Atlassian Cloud migration projects of medium-high complexity.

Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and Cloud environment.

Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and tool integration environments.

Knowledge in ITSM, agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, or PMI.

Experience in international projects and leading workshops.

High level of English.

What would your functions be? Act as a trusted advisor for C-Level profiles (CIO, CTO, COO) in the evolution of their work and software delivery platforms.

Define roadmaps for the adoption and evolution of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others).

Design and lead migration strategies to Atlassian Cloud, from Server/Data Center environments, minimizing operational impact.

Recommend best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile culture, connecting technology with business impact.

Lead analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and areas for improvement.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, ITSM/agile).

Plan projects, manage risks, and ensure the quality of deliveries.

Manage international projects and technical communication with stakeholders in English.

Drive business development: identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, and participation in demos.

Build strategic relationships with clients and technological partners.

Prepare ROI and TCO analyses for 3 years, supporting decision-making.
