The position:

As part of a strategic industrial process transformation project, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO (M/F) profile to support the redesign of the industrialization process.

Your missions

• Participate in the steering of a process transformation program.
• Support the redesign and industrialization of processes in connection with business and IT teams.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensure the monitoring of progress, actions, and priorities.
• Prepare and facilitate steering and monitoring meetings.
• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate exchanges between business, project, and IT teams.
• Contribute to the structuring and monitoring of project governance.
• Support process transformation in a SAP environment.

Profile sought:

You are a Senior Project Manager / PMO, with solid experience in steering transformation projects

• You have a very good mastery of project steering and know how to structure, monitor, and advance complex projects.
• You have significant experience in process transformation, ideally in industrial environments.
• You are comfortable managing high-level stakeholders, with the ability to interact with C-level interlocutors.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of SAP is a real plus, especially within the framework of process transformation projects.
• You are able to operate in an international and multi-actor environment.
