The position:

As part of a long-term mission for one of our major accounts, we are looking for an IS Project Manager capable of managing IT projects from end to end in a demanding and structured environment. You will be responsible for the smooth running of projects, from the scoping phase to their production deployment.

Your responsibilities:

Steering and organization:

  • Build the project roadmap and ensure operational follow-up.
  • Define milestones, coordinate resources, and anticipate bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of deadlines, budget, and quality.

Scoping and requirements gathering:

  • Lead exchanges with business and technical teams to understand expectations.
  • Formalize requirements in the form of specifications, functional requirements, and scoping documents.
  • Contribute to functional and technical decision-making.

Operational follow-up and reporting:

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure clear and regular reporting to management and project stakeholders.
  • Document all phases of the project.

Coordination of stakeholders:

  • Unify teams around project objectives and guarantee fluid communication.
  • Prepare and lead coordination meetings, COPROJ, and COPIL.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units, MOA/MOE, and external providers.

Testing and acceptance:

  • Structure and follow the testing strategy: functional, technical, and UAT.
  • Validate deliverables and ensure their compliance with user expectations.
  • Participate in production deployments.

User support:

  • Prepare training materials and organize onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure operational support after deployment and collect user feedback.

Required skills:

  • Solid experience in IS project management (ideally in a major account context).
  • Mastery of functional and technical writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain perspective.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or V-model methodologies.
